Role Description The BIM Expert will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling workflows for architectural, structural, and infrastructure projects. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Madhepura and involves creating and maintaining BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary information, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and supporting clash detection and design reviews. The BIM Expert will also contribute to the company’s training vertical by mentoring team members and trainees in BIM tools and best practices, developing BIM execution plans, and helping integrate “Site-to-Software” principles into project delivery.
Qualifications

Strong BIM and design software skills, ideally including Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant AEC tools.
Experience in architectural and structural modeling, documentation, and coordination within multidisciplinary project teams.
