Responsibilities
Job Description
As BIM Manager you will be responsible to continually evaluate opportunities, challenges & technology trends in the BIM industry and work closely with nCircle Senior Leadership to strategize and create Business Plans to cater to our customers worldwide.
Capitalize on your domain expertise in the BIM industry to build excellent rapport with the International clients and work with the sales team to grow these accounts.
Taking complete ownership of managing multiple projects by getting involved in multiple facets of project management including requirement analysis, client communication, resource management, internal coordination with technical team etc.. to ensure timely and quality delivery to client(s).
Proactively identify vulnerabilities that may negatively impact project delivery (Timelines, Quality, Cost). Work seamlessly with technical teams to resolve any such conflicts before they turn out to be project risks / client escalations.
Responsible for profitability of projects and should be able to accept revenue targets.
Responsible for implementation of recent processes using automation tools to save time and maximize productivity
Build and foster a high-performance & process driven culture, mentor team members and provide your team with the guidance and motivation to make things hap
