We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on complex health data — ensuring they reflect the accuracy, compliance standards, and real-world nuance that clinical environments demand.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned professionals who understand the intersection of healthcare data, compliance, and operational decision-making. No prior AI background required — just deep domain expertise and a rigorous approach to data quality.
Evaluate AI-generated healthcare data frameworks, policies, and outputs for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment
Identify gaps in data quality, governance logic,
and compliance reasoning within AI-generated clinical content
Apply your knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory frameworks to assess and improve AI outputs
Review and provide structured, expert feedback on how AI handles hospital data governance scenarios
Work across clinical, IT, and compliance contexts to assess cross-functional data workflow simulations
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health informatics
Robust working knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks — particularly HIPAA
Skilled at working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
Detail-oriented and systematic — you catch inconsistencies that others miss
Clear and structured written communicator who can articulate expert reasoning
Comfortable evaluating complex governance scenarios across a variety of healthcare settings
