Position Overview

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Content Creation: Create compelling, creative, and engaging content for platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Reddit and others.
Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to build brand loyalty and awareness.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze,



and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns.
Social Listening: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, recent tools, and platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Experience in Edtech preferred.
Need to have managed accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, X.
Must have had prior experience building organic following.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
Experience with brand and content marketing.
