Role Overview

As a Product Operations Associate at E&ICT; Academy, IIT Kanpur, you will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of creative online learning and self-paced courses. This role demands a balance of strong execution, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of the edtech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in online education.
Faculty & Schedule Coordination
Work closely with faculty and instructors to finalize course schedules, session plans, and batch timelines.
Coordinate session dates, content readiness, and program structure prior to launch.
Program Operations
Ensure that all program details are accurately updated on the Learning Management System (LMS) including schedules,



materials, and class links.
Monitor batch progress and ensure operational readiness for every session.
Customer & Learner Focus
Engage with students, educators, and corporate partners to gather feedback and address pain points.
Advocate for the learner experience, ensuring that features enhance usability and accessibility.
Learner Engagement & Communication
Engage with enrolled learners to share program updates, reminders, and key announcements.
Ensure learners stay informed and engaged throughout the program.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Collect structured feedback from learners during and after the program.
Analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement in curriculum, delivery, and learner experience.
Work with internal teams to incorporate improvements into future batches.

2-5 years of experience in product management within edtech.
