About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in change management to join our energetic team. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with our clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the change lead on engagements, assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies,



engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role requires a blend of business analysis acumen and change management proficiency, operating at the intersection of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing impact assessments, facilitating requirements workshops, coaching executive sponsors, designing communication plans, and building change networks. Embedded within program leadership teams, you will influence the change agenda from strategy formulation through to sustainment, ensuring successful adoption and realization of program benefits.
