Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage with potential and existing clients to explain LEI services, respond to inquiries, and guide them through the registration and renewal process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting follow-up calls and emails, preparing basic sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking systems.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, resolving client issues promptly, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Sales Associate will contribute to local market outreach activities and provide feedback on customer needs to improve service offerings.
