Invoice creation, verification, and processing in SAP
MIGO processing and delivery documentation management
E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation
Tracking dispatched materials and maintaining delivery status records
Follow-up with transporters, branches, and customers for POD collection
Ensuring timely confirmation of material delivery after invoicing
Maintaining shipment tracking updates and system status records
Coordination with Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Transporter teams
MIS reporting and system updates
Ensuring accuracy and compliance in billing and logistics processes
