We are seeking a Scaffolding Inspector with hands-on experience in checking, validating, and ensuring that structures are safe for use. You will be responsible for reviewing installations, spotting hazards, and helping field teams maintain safety and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Conduct pre-installation and post-installation inspections
Ensure materials, couplers, frames, and platforms meet quality requirements
Verify alignment, leveling, anchoring, and load support
Prepare detailed reports with recommendations
Work closely with fitters, supervisors, and site engineers
Train workers on correct usage, PPE, and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and safety standards
Flag risks and prevent unsafe practices
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of scaffolding inspection or safety-related experience
Strong knowledge of scaffolding structures, components, and standards
Ability to read site plans and assess load-bearing requirements
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong commitment to safety and zero-incident culture
Ability to work at heights and on active work sites
Skills & Qualifications
Certification in Scaffolding Inspection (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of safety norms (OSHA/IS standards)
Ability to maintain logs, checklists, and inspection reports
Basic understanding of construction site operations
Consistent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
Conduct routine safety inspections

Ensure corrective actions are completed on time
