Job Description
Develop and review project Scope of services and Facilities, Estimate and Schedule
Knowledge of planning, scheduling and work reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively with client, other disciplines, vendors, contractors promoting Client Service Excellence
Develop the most cost-effective total project solution for execution of the discipline design work
Incorporate health, safety, and environmental factors in design
Participate in project meetings & client review meetings
Supervise and provide guidance/assistance to project designers
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines




Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities; provide analysis and forecasts
Develop and review design specifications, including design criteria
Knowledge of statutory design requirements, grounding, lighting, cabling/wiring, motors, conduits, trays, trenches, panels, DBs, Hazardous area classifications/ locations.
Knowledge of Smart plant 3D/ PDMS / Revit, Smart plant review & CAD software.
Perform advanced design calculations (lighting, cable tray/ trench sizing, cable sizing , voltage drop, cable pulling, panel board and breaker sizing, and junction box sizing)
Checking & guiding the designers to prepare & issue design layouts and schedules with quality and within schedule ( substation / lighting / cable tray / trench / grounding/ electric tracing layouts , cable schedule , interconnection diagram , Schema
