GoCredit is an AI-first fintech platform out of Bengaluru, growing fast and investing hard in responsible AI. Our edge is our people — the engineers, researchers, and operators we bring in. We're scaling quickly across the company, and we're looking for the person who owns how we hire.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a People's Head for the Founder's Office — the person who owns how a fast-growing AI company finds, hires, and keeps exceptional people. This is a hands-on individual-contributor seat: you ARE the people function, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders. If you can close a senior AI engineer and run a clean compliance ledger, this room is yours. One great hire here unlocks fifty across the company.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN (END TO END)

• Technical & leadership hiring — the hard roles. Own the searches that move the company: senior AI/ML, engineering, and leadership. Sourcing, outreach, evaluation, and closing.
• The recruitment engine — build and run the full funnel:



JD to sourcing to screening to interview loops to scheduling to offer to close. Fast, instrumented, and a candidate experience people talk about.
• HR operations & the employee lifecycle — onboarding, HRMS, payroll coordination, policies, performance cycles, offboarding. The whole lifecycle, run cleanly.
• Compliance & vendor management — statutory and labour compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, contracts), background checks, and every HR vendor and tool. Audit-ready as we scale.
• Culture & employer brand — shape why exceptional people choose us and why they stay: the EVP, the founder story, and retention of the talent you fought to win.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A proven track record hiring technical and high-quality leadership roles — senior engineering, AI/ML, or leadership — at a high-growth startup.
• Mastery of the full recruitment funnel: sourcing, ATS/pipeline discipline, interview-loop design, scheduling ops, offer negotiat
