Scope and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic finance and operations team, dealing closely with internal and external stakeholders on the implementation and maintenance of Oaktree’s Singapore investment platform that is used as the primary holding structure for Oaktree investments in the APAC region.
1.



Assist in implementing operational and accounting procedures and controls, tailored for the Singapore platform that meet local requirements whilst being consistent with Oaktree’s policies, and leverage best practices from other similar Oaktree investment platforms’ operations.
2. Work closely with external service providers to manage accounting, operations and financial records of Oaktree’s investment holding entities on the Singapore platform and across the APAC region.
3. Work closely with various internal working groups including investment team, tax, legal and compliance teams to support entity setup, bank account opening, local license applications, equity injection, investment funding and repatriations and working capital management.
