Summary:

As a Performance Tester, the candidate will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end performance testing engagements and collaborating with TPG Telecom client stakeholders, including CX, infrastructure, and platform teams. The role requires strong expertise in performance test strategy, planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, diagnostics, capacity analysis, and performance reporting.

The candidate will validate application performance across Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action Advisor (NBAA),



digital channels, and high-volume outbound e-mail and SMS scenarios. The role involves analyzing system behavior under varying workloads, identifying performance bottlenecks, supporting capacity planning and infrastructure sizing, and providing actionable performance insights and recommendations to support production readiness and programmed objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to independently manage end-to-end performance testing engagements, from test planning and execution through analysis, reporting, and production readiness recommendations.
- Collaborate with TPG Telecom client stakeholders, including CX, infrastructure, platform, and technical teams, to define performance objectives and testing requirements.
