Role Definition:
The Engineering Change Coordinator (ECC) manages, coordinates, and implements engineering changes to ensure smooth production, quality, procurement Team and operation continuity Supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls complex production schedules; reviews and manages the production process efficiency and quality.
The incumbent will work closely with NPI. Engineering, quality, operations, suppliers, procurement team and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of project scope, timing, and production readiness.



The ECC maintains all master data, documentation, standard work, and communication plans.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Change Management:
Lead and manage the engineering change process from initiation to implementation including engineering change records, product lifecycle data, and bill of materials creations and Change
Review and analyse engineering change requests (ECRs) completeness and accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of engineering changes to all relevant stakeholders. Ensure all subordinate cross-functional activities are supported and properly implemented.
Maintain detailed records of all engineering changes and ensure intended changes are fully realized with maximum gains.
