Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and finalizing video content that supports BETA’s brand, marketing, and internal communication initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, cutting and refining sequences, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual effects, and ensuring consistent audio and visual quality across projects.

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop video concepts, maintain brand guidelines, and deliver content on schedule.

Editor will also guide junior team members, provide feedback, and contribute to best practices for video workflows and asset management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur.

Qualifications

- Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and managing video assets.
- Advanced video editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and crafting engaging narratives.
- Experience in video color grading, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual tone and style.
- Motion graphics and graphics skills to create visual elements, titles, and animations that enhance storytelling.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms (web, social media, presentations).
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other editors or creatives is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
