We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of US Staffing, recruitment life cycle, and experience in sourcing candidates through various job portals and networking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases to identify top-tier IT talent.
- Create and manage effective job postings on various job portals to attract the right candidates.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Preliminary Screening
- Conduct in-depth pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and job fitment.
- Assess candidates’ understanding of domain-specific technologies, tools, and industry standards.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Selection & Placement
- Responsible for achieving a strong conversion ratio from submissions to interviews and placements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Relationship Management
- Maintain robust professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide regular updates on job opportunities and interview status.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers and internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements.
- Ensure proper alignment between job requirements and candidate profiles.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing laws and recruitment processes.
- Handle all required documentation related to submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- 2 Years of recruitment experience
- Basic understanding of US Staffing process
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 tax terms
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
