We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in recruiting for W2 ,C2C and direct client requirements . Please send your resume on [email protected]

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for W2 and C2C positions.
- Work on Direct Client, MSP, and Implementation Partner requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation rates and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles based on client requirements.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.
- Stay updated with US staffing market trends, visa classifications, and compliance requirements.
