We are now hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to become one of the core design leads at Mostli.

This is not a fresher role. This is not a role for someone who only executes screens. We are looking for someone with strong taste, strategy, communication, ownership, and the ability to lead client-facing design projects from discovery to final delivery.

Who This Role Is

For

This role is for a designer who has already worked in fast-paced design environments — ideally with a design agency, branding agency, or B2B/tech-focused studio. You should be comfortable working across multiple clients, multiple industries, and multiple project types at the same time. Mostli works with SaaS, B2B, AI, healthcare tech, enterprise software, and digital-first companies, so we need someone who can quickly understand a business, its users, its market, and its positioning.

You should be able to lead design strategy, run client discussions, present design directions, create strong visual transformations, and turn unclear requirements into clear, elegant, high-quality design outcomes. If you are someone who needs constant hand-holding, has only worked on basic landing pages, or is still learning the fundamentals of UI/UX, this role is not the right fit. What You’ll Do

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Mostli, you will be responsible for leading the design direction across client projects — from strategy and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and final developer handoff.

You will

Lead UI/UX design for SaaS, B2B, AI, and tech client projects.

Own design strategy for websites, digital products, landing pages, and brand-led web experiences.

Participate in client brainstorming calls, discovery discussions, and project kickoffs.

Understand client businesses, target users, positioning, competitors, and product complexity.

Convert complex requirements into explicit user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and polished visual designs.

Create multiple design directions and visual routes for client websites, products, and brand systems.

Present and defend design decisions with clarity, confidence, and strategic reasoning.

Design high-quality SaaS websites, product pages, dashboards, web apps, landing pages, and marketing experiences.

Build scalable design systems, UI components, responsive layouts, and reusable design patterns.

Collaborate closely with Webflow developers and front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Review design implementation and provide QA feedback before launch.

Use AI tools actively in the design workflow for research, ideation, moodboarding, copy exploration, visual concepts, wireframing, and faster execution.

Stay updated with contemporary design trends, AI-led workflows, SaaS design patterns,



branding systems, and web design standards.

Manage multiple active client projects without dropping quality, communication, or deadlines.

Mentor junior designers and help improve Mostli’s internal design standards over time.

Contribute to the larger creative direction, design process, and quality bar of the agency. What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is already operating at a senior level.

You should have

3+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, web design, or digital brand design.

A strong portfolio showing SaaS, B2B, tech, product, or high-quality web design work.

Experience working with multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects at the same time.

Previous experience in a design agency, branding agency, product company, SaaS company, or tech-led environment.

Strong visual design taste and the ability to create premium, contemporary, conversion-focused designs.

Strong UX thinking, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and usability.

Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, design systems, and responsive layouts.

Ability to lead client calls, explain design thinking, and communicate clearly with founders, marketers, and product teams.

Understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS websites, product-led storytelling, and conversion-focused design.

Ability to create multiple visual directions and not get stuck with one design route.

Comfort working in a fast-paced remote team.

High ownership, strong communication, and a no-ego attitude.

Ability to work with other designers, developers, project managers, and founders.

Readiness to work Monday to Saturday during IST hours.

Flexibility to support urgent project needs or late-night work occasionally when client deadlines require it. AI in Design Workflow Is Mandatory

We are specifically looking for a designer who is already using AI tools seriously in their workflow.

You should be comfortable using AI for:

Research and competitive analysis.

Design direction exploration.

Mood-boarding and visual inspiration.

Wireframe thinking and UX exploration.

Copy and messaging support.

Faster concept development.

Presentation preparation.

Design documentation.

Creative problem-solving.

Mostli will provide access to relevant AI tools wherever needed, but we expect you to already be curious, hands-on, and proactive with AI-assisted design workflows.

Working

Hours The role follows IST working hours.

You should be available Monday to Saturday, generally between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM IST depending on team alignment and project needs.

Since we work with international clients, there may be occasional days where client calls, launches, or urgent deadlines require extended availability. We value ownership and responsibility, and we expect the same from senior team members.

Compensation for this role is in the range of ₹8–10 LPA, depending on experience, portfolio quality, communication skills, and ability to lead projects independently.
