Role Description The Senior Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for end-to-end tender management, including identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating timely submissions.

The Senior Tender

Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs, ensure compliance with tender specifications, and maintain accurate records of all tenders and proposals. The role also involves monitoring tender outcomes, supporting negotiation processes,



and contributing to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and success rate of tender participation.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in tender management, including tender identification, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in analyzing tender documents, understanding technical and commercial terms, and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Solid skills in documentation, data management, and record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and process-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with using standard office productivity tools and tender portals or e-procurement platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; prior experience in media, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
