We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Explain company products/services effectively.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
1–2 years of Telecalling or Customer Support experience.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance).
