Senior Technical Trainer – Vocational Training Academy In this role, you will be responsible for delivering industry-focused technical training, equipping learners with the practical knowledge and hands-on skills required for successful careers in industrial environments. You will facilitate classroom and laboratory sessions, develop training content, assess trainee performance, and ensure training programs align with current industry standards and technological advancements. Your job:

Deliver classroom and hands-on training on Electrical Automation, PLC, SCADA, HMI, Mechatronics, and Industry 4.0 technologies

Develop, update, and customize training materials, presentations, lab manuals, and assessment modules

Conduct practical sessions, technical demonstrations, and project-based learning activities to enhance trainee skills

Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations, providing guidance for continuous improvement

Mentor and support learners on technical concepts, project execution, troubleshooting techniques, and industry best practices

Maintain training laboratories,



automation equipment, and training infrastructure while ensuring compliance with safety standards

Keep abreast of emerging automation technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance training quality and effectiveness Your qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and communication or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline

8 to 10 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Technical Training

Solid hands-on expertise in PLC Programming, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, industrial instrumentation, and control systems

Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse learners

Relevant certifications in Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, or Industry 4.0 are preferred

Knowledge of Robotics, Smart Factory, and AI & Digital Learning Technologies

Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital manufacturing solutions preferred
