- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Robust hands-on experience working on C2C and W2 requirements.
- Prior experience supporting requirements for Tech Mahindra (TechM), LTTS (L&T; Technology Services) and Tata Elxsi is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing IT professionals.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
