We are seeking a results-driven Domestic Contract Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for contract positions across various industries within the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic contract staffing requirements.

- Understand client hiring needs and job specifications.

- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.

- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Negotiate compensation, contract terms, and joining timelines.

- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client SLAs.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS or recruitment tracker.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.

- Stay updated on market trends,



salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and client requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in domestic contract staffing recruitment.

- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.

- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri,and LinkedIn.

- Strong screening and interviewing abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Bachelor's degree

- Knowledge of labor laws and contract staffing processes is preferred.
