Role Summary The organization is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who views recruitment as a strategic business function rather than simply filling open positions. This role focuses on partnering closely with leadership to develop hiring strategies, attract exceptional talent, and build high-performing teams that support long-term business growth.

Beyond talent acquisition, this position also plays an important role in supporting key HR Operations activities, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.

You will work closely with business leaders and employees to create a positive employee experience while maintaining efficient and compliant HR processes.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring

» Proven experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies

» Solid expertise in sourcing passive and niche talent using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and AI-powered recruitment tools

» Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and seniority levels

» Hands-on exposure to HR Operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities

» Ability to influence hiring decisions through talent market insights, recruitment data, and consultative advisory

» Strong understanding of candidate experience, employee engagement, stakeholder management, and HR best practices

» Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or rapidly evolving business environments

» Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

» Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and HR operational activities simultaneously

» Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with high ownership

» Experience recruiting within logistics, supply chain, technology, or product-driven organizations





» Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools

» Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows

» Exposure to recruitment process optimization and HR operations automation

» Experience mentoring junior recruiters or contributing to talent acquisition process improvements

What you'll be doing

» Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payroll inputs, attendance records, employee documentation, and HR compliance activities

» Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment reports while ensuring process accuracy and confidentiality

» Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
