We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to play a key role in the development, configuration, enhancement, and support of a global Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and manufacturing sites to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve operational efficiency, production visibility, and digital transformation initiatives across a global manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities

MES Development & Configuration

- Configure, develop, and enhance MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
- Design and maintain workflows, screens, forms, and business logic.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions when needed.
- Support application testing, validation, deployment, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure system reliability.

Integration & Data Management
- Develop and maintain integrations between MES and other enterprise applications.
- Build and support APIs, database interfaces, and automated data exchanges.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, scripts, stored procedures, and reports.
- Investigate and resolve integration, database, and data flow issues.
- Ensure data accuracy,



integrity, and system performance.

Standard Solution & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of standardized MES solutions.
- Support deployment and adoption across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and solution reuse.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing activities.
- Ensure solutions align with established quality, compliance, and development standards.

Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications and contribute to solution designs.
- Break down requirements into development tasks and user stories.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
- Provide effort estimates, progress updates, and technical recommendations.

Operational Support
- Support production environments and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and address application defects and performance concerns.
- Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and continuous enhancements.
- Provide technical assistance to end users and site support teams as required.

What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications & Skills




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) development, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and ISA-95 principles.
- Proficiency in SQL, including query development, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
- Experience with JavaScript and web-based application customizations.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data interfaces.
- Familiarity with modern source control and application lifecycle management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and database environments.
- Experience with software testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn emerging technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within regulated or high-volume manufacturing industries such as healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, or similar sectors.
- Exposure to MES implementation projects and multi-site deployments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, LIMS, SCADA, Historians, or related manufacturing technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software development methodologies
