- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
- Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
- Exchange/Office 365 user management and troubleshooting Must Haves - Positive conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OS
- At least 3 years of Windows desktop end-user technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills Added Advantage - Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups & Firewalls.
- Networking skills (Windows, CISCO).
- VMWare Certified
- MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification.
