About the team:
We are a Production Support team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications. The team works closely with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams to resolve production issues, support releases, and drive continuous service improvements.
The new hire should possess both L2 and L3 support expertise, enabling them to manage day-to-day production issues, drive complex troubleshooting efforts, perform code-level analysis,



and collaborate with development teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
What you will be doing
Provide Level 2 support for Java-based production applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents within agreed SLAs.
Perform detailed issue analysis using logs, monitoring tools, and database queries.
Coordinate with L3 Development, Infrastructure, Middleware, and Database teams for complex issue resolution.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
Analyze application logs and identify patterns to prevent recurring issues.
Support production deployments and validate application functionality post-release.
Participate in problem management, change management, and release activities.
Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
