The Global Reconciliation Utility (GRU) is the definitive technology partner for all Institutional Data Reconciliation across Citigroup. We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join as a Vice President, Application Development Lead. This is a senior role responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and management of a team dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of Citi's critical data assets.
In this leadership capacity, you will steer a team of seasoned developers, guiding the end-to-end lifecycle of our reconciliation systems. You will be the primary technology owner, responsible for architectural decisions, solution design, and ensuring the timely delivery of complex projects. This role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to engage in high-level conversations with senior business and technology stakeholders, and the acumen to navigate and resolve complex, high-pressure scenarios.
