The role is responsible for leading teams, improving operational performance,



and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services across engineering, support, and program functions.
Lead staffing, priorities, performance management, and professional development for quality, support, and program-management teams.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain team members while establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Define operating standards, escalation processes, team structures, and governance models to improve execution.
Partner with leadership teams to align resources, priorities, risks, and business objectives.
Establish and maintain quality standards, controls, documentation, and compliance practices across service delivery workflows.
Monitor quality metrics including defects, rework, audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
