About the Role




The Specialist - Operational Resilience will report to the Manager – Group Security and will play an important role in managing delivery of agreed Operational Resilience activities across Haleon. The role will support the implementation of the Operational Resilience Framework by coordinating workstreams, managing actions, tracking progress, supporting governance and helping ensure that resilience activity is delivered in a structured and consistent way.
This is a practical delivery management role. It will work closely with business continuity, crisis management, technology, cyber, QSC, supply chain, procurement, physical security and other functional stakeholders to support delivery of the Operational Resilience uplift programme.
The role will help translate agreed priorities into clear plans, actions, reporting and follow-up, ensuring that risks, issues and dependencies are visible and appropriately escalated.
