Summary:
Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), cost reduction, teardown, benchmarking, and product design, mainly within the HVAC, appliance, or automotive sectors. Skilled in engineering processes, understanding manufacturing cost structures, and working collaboratively across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
3 + years of Experience in Teardown / Benchmarking / Value Engineering (VAVE) / Cost Out Programs
Knowledge of VAVE methodology & Project life cycle, Project Engineering Activities.
Strong Conceptual,



problem solving and Analytical Skills and to be Generate Concepts to propose feasibility analysis with various design options.
Review existing process approach and prepare test plan and validation for Component and system level requirements.
Collaborate with BU Engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and other relevant departments to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Experience working in product design, multiple material selections, Raw material technical specifications.
Assess the current product design for limitations and propose a new concept focused on reducing material consumption and manufacturing costs.
Develop an improved Design that ensures compatibility with the Refrigeration units while preserving structural integrity.
Include alternative designs, packaging revisions, and supplier modifications as part of Cost Reduction Projects.
