Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for leading quality engineering initiatives,



managing consulting engagements, and developing a robust quality practice that supports successful technology delivery.
Own end-to-end Quality Engineering activities across enterprise Salesforce and cloud-based delivery programs.
Define and implement test strategies, test plans, quality gates, release readiness processes, and overall testing frameworks.
Lead functional, API, integration, system, regression, performance, security, AI, and non-functional testing initiatives.
Identify delivery risks, create mitigation strategies, and act as a quality advisor for project stakeholders.
Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to integrate quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Build scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD quality controls, and reusable engineering assets.
