Software Engineer, Assurant, GCC-India
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, object-oriented programming, and AI-assisted software engineering practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
The engineer will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and fellow developers within Agile or Protected delivery models to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
This position will be in Bengaluru & Hyderabad at our India location.
Work Timings: 3:30 PM IST ~ 12:30 AM IST.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.




Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and development tasks.
Develop secure and well-documented RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and .NET technologies.
Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Contribute to microservices-based and event-driven architectures.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning activities.
Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Deploy and support applications on Azure cloud platforms.
Follow secure SDLC practices, including authentication, authorization, secrets management, and secure coding standards.
