ROLE OVERVIEW

The Software Development Project Director (TP5) is a senior-level Technical
Program Director responsible for leading complex, cross-functional software
development programs. This role requires deep experience in orchestrating
enterprise-scale initiatives, robust technical acumen, and the ability to drive
alignment across engineering, product, architecture, and business teams.

At the TP5 level,



the individual operates with significant autonomy, owns
high-impact programs end-to-end, improves organizational delivery processes, and
influences technical and business decisions across multiple teams.

Director PMO & Governance Profile Summary

A strategic leader responsible for enterprise governance, portfolio oversight,
risk management, compliance, and transformation execution. Drives operational
excellence through standardized reporting, data-driven decision making, Agile
and AI-enabled delivery practices, modernization governance, and effective
stakeholder alignment while ensuring successful execution of strategic business
objectives.
