We are seeking a skilled Radio Access Network Operations Technician to join the India NOC team and provide first-line operational support across radio and transmission networks. This role is responsible for 24x7 network monitoring, incident detection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, escalation and service restoration activities to maintain high network availability and service performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely response to network events, effective coordination with internal teams and external partners, and adherence to agreed service levels and operational standards.What you’ll do
