Accountabilities:
The Senior Technical Consultant will provide technical leadership throughout customer engagements, supporting solution implementation,



integration, enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
Work closely with customer subject matter experts to implement and configure cloud and on-premises solutions from project initiation through completion.
Support customers transitioning from traditional on-premises environments to contemporary SaaS-based solutions.
Design and develop integrations between enterprise solutions and third-party systems using appropriate technologies and methodologies.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, implementation guides, and project deliverables.
Deliver solution enablement sessions, product training, and knowledge transfer activities for customers and partners.
Support project scoping, service definition, and effort estimation activities.
