Job Description
We are actively seeking highly skilled and dedicated Senior Manager Operations to lead our Quality and KYC Operations efforts. This pivotal role is responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality across our operational processes, ensuring compliance, minimizing errors, and driving continuous improvement, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, and regulatory reporting. The overall objective of this role is to drive the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of information.
Responsibilities:




Provide senior leadership and oversight to the KYC Operations/Quality teams, acting as the primary point of escalation for the team and its stakeholders. Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance and Control functions for banking operations, ensuring operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Serve as a key contributor to the Global KYC strategy, partnering with global management to design and implement a target operating model across people, process, and technology.
Represent the KYC function in senior management discussions and key stakeholder meetings across business, compliance, and operations, fostering robust cross-functional relationships.
Ensure robust governance of all tasks and processes, driving compliance with internal AML/KYC policies and external laws and regulations.
