Leads and manages a multidisciplinary team, driving New Product Introduction (NPI)



initiatives from concept through engineering release.
Oversee design, development, DFMA evaluation, validation, and complete engineering release cycle activities while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and performance objectives.
Establishes and enhances engineering processes, technical standards, and best practices to support efficient product development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge and exposure to AI/ML implementation in engineering design, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives will be considered an added advantage.
Primary responsibility:
Lead and manage a moderately sized team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with Bangalore operations on lighting products to ensure product alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
