OVERVIEW
SAP Technical Engineer II is responsible for custom developments and should be able to work on development tasks independently across GMI eco system, convert functional requirement into technical specification and implement complex solutions under guidance of tech lead/architects in a project. This individual should be possessing valuable understanding of SAP best practices and should be able to help the team in maintaining the same.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education – Full-time graduation from an accredited university
Minimum 7 years of SAP Development experience required. Preferred years of experience 7 – 9 years.
Deep functional understanding in at least three. (MM, SD, FI, TM, etc.)
The Individual should be able to define and implement integrated Process improvements within the team.
Consistently deliver on their own commitments while working with a single business group or user.
Understand at least a single business process and start to demonstrate the ability to resolve issues on their own or with minimal assistance.
Apply SAP technical standards in their own project work. Proactively ask questions when necessary.
Approachable and have established a network within their own workgroups. Open to feedback, coaching and mentoring.
