About Sarvam
Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. The company is developing India’s full-stack sovereign AI platform, building across research, models, infrastructure and applications with a singular focus on making AI genuinely work for India. Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India’s leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC.
About the Role
DevRel at Sarvam is part engineering, part content, part community — and this role manages the code and content pillars.
As a Developer Advocate, you are a developer first. You build the demos, cookbooks, integrations, and technical content that show developers what's possible with Sarvam's models — and make it easy for them to ship. Your code and your writing are often the first experience a developer has with Sarvam, and you hold both to a high bar.
At the core of this role is empathy. A great Developer Advocate has felt the frustration of a confusing API, a missing code example,

or an unanswered support thread. You notice where developers get stuck, and you don't just fix the symptom — you take the insight back to the engineering team and help close the loop. Feedback is not a side effect of this role. It's one of its most key outputs.
What You’ll Do
Build cookbook recipes and demos — write end-to-end code examples covering voice agents, multilingual RAG, document AI, and Indic-language applications using Sarvam APIs. Every recipe ships with a working "Open in Colab" notebook.
Create technical content — write blog posts, tutorials, quickstarts, and how-to guides that help developers build real things — and present the best of them as talks, livestreams, and videos.
Ship integrations — build and document integrations with platforms like LiveKit, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK, and Pipecat so Sarvam APIs feel native in the tools developers already use.
