Accountabilities:




The role focuses on delivering high-quality software and application solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs, technology standards, and operational goals.
Design, configure, and support software components and solutions that meet business requirements and security governance standards.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver technical documentation, application configurations, and implementation support.
Optimize technology services by identifying improvement opportunities, recommending solutions, and reducing operational risks.
Manage service performance by planning, measuring, reporting, and communicating improvement initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and leadership teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Support vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, governance, and ongoing relationship management.
Coordinate service requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes with relevant stakeholders.
