What you’ll do
Leadership & People Management: Lead and guide a manufacturing team including supervisors, operators, and technicians on the shop floor. Manage workforce issues,
communication, and performance to ensure smooth daily operations. Success means a motivated, high-performing team aligned with production goals.
Production Planning & Execution: Oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and effective execution of production and delivery schedules focused on assembly processes. Daily activities include monitoring shop floor progress and adjusting plans to meet customer requirements. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding on-time delivery targets (>99%).
Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing: Apply Lean methodologies to identify and implement process improvements that enhance plant profitability and operational efficiency. Daily involvement in waste elimination, value stream mapping, and efficiency initiatives. Success looks like sustained operational excellence and OEE above 80%.
Safety Leadership: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm culture by actively promoting an
