About the Role
As Performance Marketing Manager at AdCrest, you will own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across digital channels — for both agency clients and BrandCrest's own brands. You'll work cross-functionally with content, design, sales,



and growth teams to ensure every campaign rupee delivers measurable returns.

Requirements
What You'll Own
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
Manage budgets across accounts to maximize ROI against defined KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Lead keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign and creative performance
Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
Collaborate with content and design teams on high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
Own conversion tracking setup, remarketing strategy, and pixel/tag management across all platforms
Prepare transparent, actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Stay ahead of platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging per
