Accountabilities:




The Survey Programming Consultant will manage the full technical lifecycle of online survey projects, from programming and testing through deployment and data delivery. The role requires robust ownership of survey execution, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Program and script complex online surveys across multiple countries using advanced survey programming platforms.
Translate client questionnaires and research requirements into functional survey designs, including logic, routing, quotas, and user experience considerations.
Provide technical consulting on survey structure, best practices, and optimization opportunities.
Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing to validate survey logic, skip patterns, quotas, translations, and device compatibility.
Manage survey data structures and ensure accurate formatting for final delivery in formats such as SPSS, Excel, and CSV.
