Job Purpose/summary:

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Sr Specialist will be overall responsible to
drive Maersk vision supported with tools for Contract Management & Sales team.

The role is responsible for executing CI strategies, driving process quality &
capability building, supporting cross-functional change initiatives, and
ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through structured improvement
frameworks across the GSC network (The Maersk Way).

Key responsibilities

* Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional
priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites (GSC Maersk
Standard Operating System GMOS)
* Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed
through targeted learning interventions.
* Support/Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC,
Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
* Partner with Global Process Lead & Platform teams on new enhancements,
leading implementations within GSC.




* Orchestrate automation opportunities across processes & prioritize basis
business perks.
* Support Contract Management & Sales related projects
