Job Description: Transport Executive
Account: UBS
Location: BKC (Primary), with rotational support to Airoli
Reporting To: India Transport Manager
Position Overview
This role is primarily responsible for managing transport operations across UBS account locations in BKC and Airoli. The executive will ensure seamless transportation services for employees while providing occasional support to facilities operations. The position requires working in rotation between both sites to ensure consistent service delivery.




Key Responsibilities
Transport Operations Management
Daily Operations Management Coordinate and manage daily transport schedules for employees across BKC and Airoli locations. Ensure timely pickup and drop services while maintaining route optimization and adherence to scheduled timings. Monitor real-time GPS tracking systems and address any delays or route deviations immediately.
Vendor and Driver Management Liaise with transport vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations. Conduct regular driver briefings on safety protocols, professional conduct, and route updates. Maintain updated records of driver licenses, vehicle documents, and insurance certificates. Address driver-related issues and escalate concerns to the India Transport Manager as needed.
Fleet Coordination and Compliance Ensure all vehicles meet safety and maintenance standards through regular inspection
