Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
Essential capabilities




•Attention to Detail - The ability to meticulously review information and identify discrepancies in candidates’ backgrounds.
•Solid Analytical Skills - Proficiency in analyzing background check results and making informed decisions based on the findings.
•Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying findings to HR and other stakeholders.
•Problem-Solving Abilities A proactive approach to resolving discrepancies or issues that may arise during the verification process.

Qualification Requirements
•Graduation - Business/Human Resources (Preferred)
Experience
•Worked in a high volume/complex contact centre/operations environment
•Prior experience of HR operations including managing BGV
Key Accountabilities
•Conducting Background Checks: work closely with the BGV vendor to complete all mandatory checks in time.
•Investigative Research: Conduct additional research when discrepancies arise dur
