Accountabilities:
As an Oracle EBS Payroll Functional professional, you will be responsible for managing payroll-related initiatives,



providing functional guidance, and ensuring effective delivery of Oracle HRMS solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and business users to maintain, enhance, and optimize payroll processes.
Lead and manage Oracle EBS Payroll projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS Payroll and related HRMS modules to support business operations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions and configurations.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement payroll enhancements and integrations.
Support system testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
