Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Master's degree / MBA / MCA preferred.
Work Experience:
3-5 years experience in ProjectResource Management preferably in automotive domain
Skills and Competencies:
Working experience in any of the Project PlanningTracking tool preferably Planview
Expert skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
VBA or PowerBI knowledge to generate simple reports
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent in stakeholder communication and management
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
Maintains safe work practices, complies with Magna H&S; requirements, and participates in training and hazard reporting.
