Accountabilities:
As a Mid / Senior Growth Manager (App),



you will own mobile growth initiatives from strategy through execution, focusing on acquiring high-quality users and improving the full customer journey. You will combine analytical insights, creative testing, and performance marketing expertise to optimize acquisition channels, app store performance, and subscription outcomes.
Own paid user acquisition strategies across channels such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to acquire qualified users profitably.
Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies across Apple App Store and Google Play, including keyword research, metadata optimization, store creatives, competitor analysis, and testing.
Analyze and improve the complete growth funnel, including discovery, installs, onboarding, trial activation, conversion, retention, and revenue generation.
